Kids’ Club After School Program in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood is immediately hiring a teacher for our summer camp program and potential to stay on and work our school year programming. Teachers are responsible for working as part of a team to plan & implement activities in a high quality, licensed, school age program. Kids’ Club Teachers are energetic, consistent, caring, skilled in conflict management, know how to have FUN, and enjoy work in a independent, yet collaborative environment.

School Year hours: 6:45am-9:45am &/or 2p-6p M-Fr (20+ hrs/wk)

Salary & Benefits: $17.50-18.50/hr depending on experience. Benefits available for all employees after 90 days. Benefits include, Health/Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick Leave (7 days annually), Vacation Leave (10 days annually), 10 paid holidays. 401k option available after 1 year.

Qualifications: Applicants must have experience working with school age youth. The following certificates are preferred. DEL Portable Background Check, Negative TB Skin Test, CPR/ First Aid, STARS Basic Training, Food Handlers Permit.

COVID-19 considerations:
Teachers are in cohorts with the same kids; staff & kids wear masks indoors & outdoors; temperatures & health screening of staff & youth occurs at the start of each day prior to entering the building; extra cleaning daily.
