Kids’ Club is a before- and after-school program located at Stevens Elementary School in the heart of Capitol Hill. While we’re based at Stevens Elementary, we’re an independent nonprofit childcare center dedicated to providing high-quality care for all families.
For over 20 years, Kids’ Club has been a cornerstone of the Stevens Elementary and Capitol Hill communities, offering a safe, enriching, and inclusive environment for children ages 5–12 (from kindergarten through elementary school). Our long history reflects our commitment to supporting working families and nurturing young learners.
At Kids’ Club, we take a child-centered approach, focusing on each student’s social, emotional, and educational growth. Our program balances structured activities with free play, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and individual discovery. Through our anti-bias approach, we create a welcoming space where every child feels valued and empowered.
We keep our program small and intimate, so enrollment is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Over the years, we’ve welcomed generations of families—many return year after year, which speaks volumes about the impact of our program.
